It is perhaps useful to now that the term CULTURE within UTCC - T_WUTC has a larger content and interpretation than in the traditional tellusian meanings. CULTURE is an total*universal multi-dimentional leading- system harmonized with the total-evolutionistical processes of the T_Universe - therewithin is both the tellusian culture, and all its culturalization forms, ways and/or cultural development processes. Total*Universal Culture means the Culture- Totality (Total Culture, TC) of the universum, in our case focused on the Totaltellusan Culture, and cultural- development processes, in a total*universal total- context and totalculture- evolutionistical continuity- perspectives.

General Presentation I.T'E.K & Akademia ITEK'2001'/ TEKIA and W.U.T.E.C.S. are a
cultural-, educational and scientific development center for multi-ethno-cultural, international and global-, universal benefit, aimed at the totalevolutionistic progress of the Man and to the totalearthly culture and
civilisation. Those are the ground departaments of UTCC_T_W'U'T'C.
I.T'E.K/ International Institute For Applied Total - Ethno - Culture is the mother institution of the TEKIA & W.U.T.E.C.S.
• I.T'E.K was founded in 1995 in Sweden,
under the name "Internationella Institutet för Tillämpad Total Etno Kultur, I.T'E.K - in collaboration with its department in Transylvania, Romania, "FundatiaEthnoCultura" & 'Akademia EthnoCultura'/ITEK-Transylvania, (EKTA) founded 1994 and 1995. Learn more about EKTA>>
• The main purpose of the "International
Institute for Applied Total - Ethno - Culture,
'I.T'E.K' is that in an innovated cultural-,
educational and scientific conception, and
by means of an intercultural collaboration
and activity:
- to support, preserve, vitalize, regain and
popularize the multi-ethno-culture and
multi-ethno-cultural knowledge
- to promote and stimulate multi-ethno-
cultural exchanges, training and scientific
research
- to promote and help the
multicultural harmonization and integration
process
- to etablish cultural-, educational-,
scientific institutes on different levels
- to subsidize the creative initiators within
all ethno-cultural branches
By means of the above mentioned activity,
(in cooperation with other cultural-,
educational and scientific institutes and
organizations) the Institute shall work in
the perspective of its purpose for a union
of the world´s multi-ethno-cultural forces
and interests under a common flag, in a
"pluriharmoniously coloured" global
cultural community. And by doing that,
we want to improve the relations between
ethnic groups, individuals and nations.
Our main purpose is contribute to the
achievement of a more democratic,
humanistic, harmonious, free and
peaceful life, and a better life-, cultural and
social both local and global envirement.
• All individuals, institutes, organisations or companies who wish to contribute, by
means of concrete action, to the realization of the aims of the Institute, can become collaborators, associates or members in I.T'E.K.

establishment (in 1999-2000/01) of

SCIENCES, W.U.T.E.C.S W.U.T.E.C.S - is the leading university
etablishment within The Tellusian World
University Center of Applied Total*
Universal Culture, T_W'U'T'C,
- it is a cultural-, educational and
scientific development center, an
independent university, with scientific
research and development center
within universal culture and wisdom-
sciences, united science, science and
technology of the evolution and
perfection of Man, or multiethno-cultural,
international and global-universal benefit,
aimed at the totalevolutionistic progress
of the Man and to the totalearthly culture
and civilisation.
In the goals of the W.U.T.E.C.S. are
integrated I.T'E.K & Akademia ITEK'2001'/
TEKIA's goals (too), but with a extended

The idea of etablishing this type of
academic complex was born aldready
during the Transsylvanian 'VENYIGE-
Dance-House'-Muvements, and goes
back to the 70-80's to its cultural-scientific
core of genesis as The Music and Dance
Folkloristic (Folklife-Science) Center
(1977-1989) in the city of Odorhei/
SzékelyUdvarhely, in Harghita, in East-
Transylvania, (Romania) - and has grown
untill its realisation into the above
mentioned cultural-, academical
complex, UTCC_T_W'U'T'C: I.T'E.K-,
TEKIA & W.U.T.E.C.S.
I.T'E.K-, TEKIA & W.U.T.E.C.S. are
administrated and represented (within
UTCC - T_W'U'T'C) by an
international leading board,with
its main seat in Lund, Sweden.
I.T'E.K-, TEKIA & W.U.T.E.C.S. are open for everybody! They are open
regardless of previous studies, work,
lifestyle, age, of cultural, social, ethnical,
poltical, religious, philosophica l

The academic complex, UTCC_T_WUTC:
I.T'E.K-, TEKIA & W.U.T.E.C.S. has been
created and founded by leading of
Adalbert B. Fodor, PhD (T.C.Sc.) under
1994-2001 in periodicaly consultations with
other specialists from Sweden, Romania
and in Hungary, like Sandor Markus
(PhD, Human Sc., Stockhoöm), Ferenc
Ban, (PhD in Vitalogical Sc., Göteborg),
Szilárd Zsigmond Fodor, (MSc, Phil. Cand.
[T.C.Sc], Budapest), Medina Tatiana Fodor,
Phil.Lic. (Lund), Ligia R. Bauhn, Phil.Cand.
(Markaryd), dr. Zoltán Szalay (M-Ciuc/
Csíkszereda, Ru.), Gyula Szép, (MA,
Cluj-Napoca, Transylvania, Romania),
Maria-ildikó Fodor, (MD, Phil. Cand. in
T.C.Sc., New York), and others.

need to pay the membership fee.
The Membership in I.T'EK-, TEKIA &
W.U.T.E.C.S. and their under
departaments or other member or
collaborating institutes within UTCC &
The World University Center means
automaticaly membership in the later
mentioned too.
The Membership fee in the I.T'EK-,
TEKIA & W.U.T.E.C.S. and it's
underdepartaments is the same one that

members will pay separate taxes for all
services they may demand, which they
may need for their own development,
such as: consultations, advice, courses,
seminars, etc. One can break off his/her membership
by notifying the World University
regarding this decision. In this case
the student or membership fee is not
paid back.

The purpose of the

Academy/TEKIA is to
assist the enhancement
and widening of (multi)-
etnological, and
global knowledge of life,
culture and ecology,
regardless
of previous education or
profession as well as to
facilitate the multicultural
cooperation among
specialists, institutions,
companies and
corporations and
all others interested.
• The goal of the ITEK-
Academy is to
(1) continue building up
its educational system in a
renewed, dynamic up-to-
date form and
(2) by means of various
types of courses
(correspondence-,
weekend-, as well as IT
courses) and seminars,
tutoring and counseling
to provide:
(a) possibilities for
increased knowledge for
those interested in
various levels of
development,
knowledge and
consciousness; and
(b) provide possibility
of completing studies,
education and advanced
courses on different levels
within the fields of
activity of the Academy;
(3) to widen the field of
education in preparatory-,
secondary- and high school
by enhancing the training
of educational personnel,
(4) widen the cross-
scientific performance

cultural-intelectuall

About I.T'E.K-, TEKIA activities
I.T'E.K and Akademia
iTEK'2001' has extended
their international
activities (under the 90's)
in Sweden, Romania and
Hungary through different
courses and seminars in
the academys leading-
wisdom-sciences with
total-ethno-culturologic,
quanthumanistic and
life-scientific (vitalogical)
character, where the
ethnomusicology,
ethnochoreology and
the cultural-artistic
creativity had an
important place. Different cultural-
artistical
arragements were also
organised, such as:
cultural-meetings, cultural-
exchanges, performances,
seminars, conferences etc.,
in collaboration with
different cultural-
educational-scientific
institutes and
organisations.
