in collaboration with its department
in Transylvania, Romania, "Fundatia EthnoCultura" &Akademia EthnoKultura/ITEK-Transylvania, (founded 1994/95), have - between
1994-2001 - built up The World-University of Total * Ethno * Cultural * Sciences, W.U.T.E.C.S, within UTCC & The Tellusian World University Center For Applied Total*Universal Culture, T_W'U'T'C- in collaboration with
other

and by leading of Adalbert B. Fodor, PhD (T.C.Sc.),
under 1994/95-2003/05 - in
consultation and in collaboration
with other specialists and institutes. UTCC - The World University Center of
Applied Total Uniniversal Culture is
administrated together with its Institute-
departaments, and is represented by a
leading- and management board, with its main seat in Lund, Sweden.
The WorlduniversityCenter is open for everyone! - It is open regardless of previous studies, work, lifestyle or age, of cultural, social, ethnical, poltical, religious, philosophical or other scientific approach or experiences. You can study and get consultations
on all levels and You can be member
and/or collaborator of the World-
University if you agree with the
regulations of the UTCC_T_WUTC
and pay the admission, the student
or membership fees. In the same way
all institutes, organisations or
companies who wishes to contribute,
by means of concrete action, to the
realization of the aims of the World-
University, can become collaborators,
associates or members in UTCC -
T_WUTC and it's institutes; I.T'EK-,
TEKIA & W.U.T.E.C.S. and /or other
connected institutes. But! - both You, and your familiy or your institute, association, organisation or company can enjoy the World University without doing anything too - only by being integrated in the New TotalDevelopment System of the World University
UTCC_T_WUTC is a completely NEW
– unconventional - cultural-,
educational and scientifical
development center, but in it’s totaldevelopment system all the
current conventional systems can
find their place and be integrated too.

All UTCC & World University members
have to pay a Membership fee (witch

All World University students or other
members will pay separate taxes for
all services they may demand, which
they may need for their own
development, such as: periodicaly
evaluating of studies, knowlege and
other results; consultations, advice,
courses, seminars, etc. - but they can
get advantageous study- and
development packets too(!). The Board of the World University can
propose and distribute the distinction
'Honoris Causa' to a member for a
special achievements, merits, results,
contributions etc. Such members do
not need to pay the membership fee. One can break off his/her
membership by notifying the World-
University regarding this
decision.
